Can I get instant cover?
Yes – once you have completed an online quotation and your application has been accepted, you will be covered as soon as you have purchased your policy and received an acceptance email.
Do I have to pay for my policy in one lump sum?
No, with eLife, you pay for your Life Insurance with regular monthly premiums for the length of your policy term. Payment is made by Direct Debit. Your monthly Direct Debit payment is collected on the same date each month, and this date is determined by your policy start date.
What optional extras can I add to my policy?
You can add Waiver of Premium or Guaranteed Insurability to your eLife Insurance policy. Click on each option for more information.
What type of cover do you offer?
We offer three different cover options: Life (level) Cover, Decreasing Cover and Increasing Cover. For more information on these options, please see here.
How quickly do I receive my insurance documents?
With eLife, all policy documents can be found within your own user account ready for you to view at any time, so there is no risk of your documents getting mislaid, or lost in the post.
Can I view or change my policy online?
If you want to make any changes to your life insurance policy, such as notifying us of a change of address, you can do so via your user account.
How do I make a claim?
All claims on your policy are handled by ACE Europe Life Limited. You can contact ACE Europe Life Limited by telephone 0845 841 0059 or email claims@acegroup.com
How do I retrieve a quote?
Simply login into your my user Account, and your recent quotations will be there for you to view, amend, and buy.
Can I speak to you if I have a question?
